  Spa Guidelines
   
You are about to embark on a journey of Soul and Spirit as you tour our exclusive version of the beautiful Napa Valley Wine Country. We believe health, beauty and relaxation are vital to your sense of well being. Our purpose is to guide you into achieving that balance by offering the best preventive and advanced wellness treatments available today.

Guidelines to help you plan a perfect visit to our Spa


Your Spa Visit Includes:

  • Same day unlimited use of the Spa Facility and Fitness Center
  • Personal Locker
  • Robes and Sandals
  • Shower & Body Amenities
  • Gender Separated Eucalyptus Steam Room and Heated Whirlpool
  • Relaxation Lounge with Fireplace
  • Spa facility use $25 daily without a scheduled treatment (for hotel guests only, based on availability)

    Spa Time

  • The Spa is Open Every Day from 8 am to 8 pm
  • The Fitness Center is open everyday. Your room key will open the door.

    Reservations & Cancellations

  • We recommend you reserve your appointment prior to your arrival at the Hotel.
  • We suggest you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time.
  • A 24 hour cancellation notice and rescheduling is required to avoid being charged in full for your scheduled treatment.
  • 48 hours notice is required for groups of six or more.

    Privacy
    We suggest you disrobe entirely for your treatment, but undergarments can be worn if you prefer them. You may request a male or female therapist, as you prefer, when you select your services.

    Medical Conditions
    Please tell us if you have any medical conditions such as diabetes, heart problems, allergies, or if you are pregnant, at the time of reservations.

    Gratuities
    Gratuities are not included in the price of your treatment and may be given at your discretion. A standard gratuity reflects 15 to 20% of the cost of the treatment.

    Gift Certificates
    May be purchased by treatment or dollar amount. We would be delighted to assist you in selecting the perfect gift.

    Spa Boutique
    All the products used in our treatments are available for purchase in our Boutique, along with a wonderful assortment of other Spa gifts!

    We want to "Spa You"
    To maintain tranquility children under 16 are not generally permitted inside the Spa. Smoking is not allowed and Cellular Phones and Pagers are prohibited. Please do not wear any jewlery for your Spa Visit
